Some helpful tips for those who haven’t been to Summit in the past:
The hotel shuttle runs 24/7. Just call Sheraton PDX Sheraton: 503-281-2500
Dress for R.E.A.C.H. Summit is camp comfortable. Layers are preferred.
If you arrive early, please join us for the hike to Wahclella Falls on Thursday morning. The two-mile roundtrip hike is considered a low to medium-level hike featuring five waterfalls. Meet at 7:45 a.m. in the lobby at the Sheraton.
If you’re staying at the Sheraton, there is a restaurant and small coffee shop. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to nearby Cascade Station which has a Target and features Starbucks and several restaurants, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Famous Dave’s BBQ, Red Robin, ParkStone Wood Kitchen, Baba’s Mediterranean Grill, Pastini, Fuller’s Burger Shack and BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse.
You are also invited to join us for fruit and dessert Thursday evening for the Meet ‘n Greet from 7:30-9:00 p.m. in the Garden Room.
Breakfast is included on Friday morning at 7:15 to kick off R.E.A.C.H. Summit. Meet in the Ballroom.
Bathrooms are west of the restaurant and coffee café and just outside the Ballroom.
Join us Saturday morning 9:00 a.m. until noon for a TBRI break-out taught by Olivia Paulson, TBRI practitioner and T.R.A.C. director in Lakeland, Florida.
Dress for the Night of Hope Gala on Saturday night is dressy casual. The pre-event party begins at 5:00 with the gala kicking off at 6:00 p.m. Dinner includes substantial appetizers, a cobb or chef salad and dessert.
Teen Reach leaders, as you visit with guests and sit at your tables, share your experience and answer questions guests may have about Teen Reach.
